A massive thanks to all involved and all attendees down at Kiss My Bass last night. Took a while to get warmed up (rather apt term there) due to the beautiful weather being both a blessing and a curse. Tons of people outside having a smoke and enjoying the summer meant it was a little slow to get moving but by the time Tom Mayhem and Eratik Behaviour took to the floor the Bassheads were ready to boogie!

All the residents plus other guest Ruined Jon (or is that Ruined Joe?) played great varied sets; fine music was on offer from 1930 to 0100 HRS and as usual nobody wanted to stop. It was all a bit UV, careful now we don’t wanna get called nu-rave or something

After an amazing launch night in June, Kiss My Bass is back with it’s second installment. Havana turned out to be the perfect venue and the addition of an up-for-it crowd, beasty system and top tunage created the exact sort of vibe we knew was lurking somewhere within the shadows of Southsea. All the residents who took to the controls at the last party will again be selecting, but this month we will also be welcoming our first guests - Tom Mayhem and Ruined Jon - both regulars at various other dope nights around the city. Of course, you can again expect the Pirate Sounds making things happen, extra lighting and some random and pointless toys to play with.
