Those of you that follow music in general will have already come across Miike Snow, an awesome trio who create great little pop tunes with big hooks. Dance inspired, dub flavoured, melancholy tinged tunes for maybe a more discerning pop fan. Their first big single ‘Animal’ was remixed by Fake Blood (as featured in Summer Bassmix), Crookers and more plus in the last couple of days this re-version has appeared. Yes it’s the one and only Mark Ronson! Maybe you thought he went away, maybe you didn’t care but far from simply doing the big band thing Mr. Ronson has taken a careful listen to the vocal and placed them in a perfect dub reggae style setting.
